My journey spans the financial services and tech sectors, where I excelled as a diversity executive leader. After completing my undergraduate studies, I embarked on a career in financial services, quickly rising through the ranks due to my innovative approaches and leadership acumen. As I navigated the corporate landscape, I transitioned into the tech industry, bringing with me a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective on talent development.Throughout my career, my passion for cultivating top talent, especially among women, has been a driving force. This dedication led me to create the HerSuccess Coaching Circle, a pioneering initiative that paved the way for more comprehensive career development programs.
